I enjoy the process of helping clients to imagine and create their dream space within their home. Most people spend a great deal of their time in the kitchen and master bath, so these spaces should reflect their personality and taste. I am inspired to create beautiful spaces that reflect my client’s desires. It is a collaboration between the client’s ideas and the designer’s expertise and ability. The spaces should be both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Louis Van Leeuwen, CEO, Curry & Kingston Cabinetry

Louis began his career in advertising in NYC then used his creative talents to start Greenwich Construction in 1996. Based on high quality work and word-of-mouth the firm quickly became one of the top custom home builders in Greenwich, winning numerous HOBI awards. Louis, intrigued by the opportunity to acquire the Town and Country building, purchased and restored it in 2016, creating a combined space for Greenwich Construction and Curry & Kingston Cabinetry.  Riverside residents for over 30 years, Louis and Joy have six children. (And yes, they are related to the founders of the famed Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream in NYC - shameless plug for the kids.)

The challenges of construction are unique and appeal to my problem solving nature. A kitchen showroom was a perfect fit for this historic Greenwich building and for our business.
